Welcome to Day Three of Virtual Groundwork! Today we have a guided method to making herbal teas from plants growing in the garden with Elizabeth Stepney. She is passionate about the natural world and has a keen interest in the traditional use of plants and believes there are no such things as weeds.
Scroll down for some ideas or suggestions of leaves to pick, many will be in your garden. You may only come across one or two of these suggestions, you may come across something different, that’s fine, use what you find, but please do not pick any plant that you are unsure about, if you can not identify it, it is best to leave it and only choose something you are sure of.
