Work-X
We have a very limited number of work exchange places for early-career artists and arts-administrators who would like to contribute to the development of, and day to day running of, the residency, or who can offer assistance with the maintenance of the house and grounds. Work is based on the skills you have to offer or wish to improve. In exchange, Work-X participants receive a private room and access to studios at a reduced rate determined by the number of hours/week contributed.  There is a three-week minimum commitment.

Work-X opportunities are filled through March 2020.

Internships
We are happy to host internships and can work with individuals to fulfil their program requirements. Interns work closely with the Creative Director and can include marketing, administration, art space management, and event planning. Through our close relationship with Midleton Arts Festival and First Cut! Youth Film Festival, participants can gain festival planning experience, too. Interns are provided with a private room.
