20th Century Killeagh

Community Photo Archive Project

As part of the May Sunday Festival 2024 at Greywood Arts, we’re embarking on an exciting journey to capture the essence of Killeagh through personal photo archives and memories in the community.

What We’re Looking For:

We want your cherished photos and the stories behind them from the 20th Century (1900 – 1999).

Share snapshots of Killeagh’s iconic landmarks like Killeagh Mills, RIC Barrack (now Greywood Arts), bridges, Glenbower Wood, train station and more. From past May Sunday Festivals to people, traditional crafts, and everyday moments, every photo paints a piece of Killeagh’s vibrant tapestry. Please fill out the following information and upload your photos to share your unique perspective on our community.

Your memories may be showcased in the Coach House Creative Hub Gallery at Greywood Arts during the May Sunday Festival from 3rd to 6th May 2024.

Email create@greywoodarts.org to arrange a time to share your photos in person.
