Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Once your application is accepted, we will provide you with an artist agreement that encompasses all the details of your residency. To secure your space, we kindly request a deposit of 50%.
  • The balance of your residency fee is due one week prior to your arrival at Greywood.
  • For residencies lasting over one month, we are happy to work out a payment plan.

Please note our cancellation policy, which we believe is fair and reasonable.

  • Deposits are refundable for cancellations 8 weeks or more in advance of your residency – less a €60 admin fee.
  • 50% of your deposit is refundable for cancellations between 4-8 weeks in advance of your residency. If half your deposit is less than €120, we will retain a €60 admin fee and refund the balance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations 14 days or less before the start of your residency.

Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling of residencies as availability allows.

  1. Rescheduling your residency will incur a €60 admin fee.
  2. If rescheduling less than 8 weeks before the start of your residency, and we are unable to rebook your slot, the cancellation policy will apply.

Participants must provide their own tools, equipment, and materials unless otherwise agreed with Greywood Arts. We are happy to help you locate and/or borrow what you need to the best of our ability.
